Ideas for an ac humidity relay switch

Alright here's my issue I'm trying to keep a grow room at humidity the temperature is fine but every time the ac kicks on it sucks out all the humidity. I have 4 humidifiers 3 evaporative and one hot steam one. My upgrade is going to be a 10 head ultrasonic humidifier 5 liter per hour hooked into a storage tote with some fans with a float and a feed line which I'm going too hook into a humidistat. I need to find a away so when the ac is running the humidifier doesn't run, otherwise you get the idea (suck it out to not be replaced until the ac cools to temp) I don't have to drain my unit unless the humidity is insane portable ac 8000 btu insignia (well now you have an even better idea.) I can hit 75 % humidity in 7 seconds with the unit I'm taking about no heat. Please help

Presumably the ac kicks in at a set room temperature?

You can buy hot and cold relay or cold and hot, they switch on/off when the temperature falls below or raises above a set temperature.
You could have your mister wired through one so that it won't come on after a set room or tent temperature.

I need a relay that disables power to the humidifier when the ac is engaged so. Of course the ac kicks on at a set temperature. So if the humidifier is set to 70 % its not going to exhaust all the humidity out while creating more to exhaust out at the same time. I plan on using inkbirds. But each inkbird will plug into a different outlet (on same circuit) and the relay will decide on which outlet to power based on the current conditions.

I'm not following why you need to plug the inkbirds into a relay outlet.
Simple fix without relays, stick the temp probe on the inkbirds in the AC exhaust, set it for much lower temp trigger.
When the AC turns on, the temp controller will immediately turn off the humidifier.

Most are rated at 10~15 amp, so look at max power draw of your devices and plan accordingly.
