ideas for a DIY long waterer?

hello all i currently have many plants that are far away in reach and would feel it would be easier to get a long reached waterer. All the ones i seen dont look like they can do the job. I need to make a slim one somehow so i can pour the water into a head or somethin attached to a pvc pipe or pole of some kind on the top then it will flow down into the pot....Any ideas?

Ladder or Aquaglobe, (that's all i got right now).

Yeah I know how it is to have a grow you can't tend to all day. I had to grow outside for a while, could only check them every couple weeks. Anyway, are the plants themselves lower than the place you'll be watering from? That would make it a lot easier...
