Ideal Setup

I have recently remodeled an 8x8 section in my basement. Room is sealed , airtight and planned to be environmentally controlled. I already have an Anden 100 and 24k BTU mini split, ready to go. I am a huge proponent of recirculating deep water culture and will be using the 9 site Current Culture system. I have CO2 Monitor and controller, regulator and a 20lb tank filled. Will be injecting CO2. Multiple high CFM oscillating fans. Looking at the AirROS for air sterilization. I want to pass serious lab tests for microbes, mold etc. I have grown for years and years, finally have the funds to setup an excellent space for quality cannabis to be grown. Do I have everything I need ? Is there a controller for environment control?

I think that CO2 is unnecessary. You'll have enough problems trying to keep oxygen in there without displacing it with CO2. Roots need to breathe in a process known as respiration, and air needs to circulate. Perhaps a dehumidifier would be necessary, especially if you're using hydroponics in an enclosed area. An HEPA air purifier might also be used to make it smell less like the 1970's.
