I'd like to report suspicious activity

I'v heard advertisements (1984) on the radio to report any suspicious activity and now I would like to.
Someone is smoking my weed. Every couple of days I notice all my weed is missing. I'm thinking someone is sneaking into my bedroom and steeling my herb.
