There was a lot of growth in veg, and quite rapidly too. As far as trimming goes when I do it, it slows growth. Stunted. Then I notice buds nearest the trims and cuts get a little bigger, faster than the remainder. Then the rest start to get larger. As far as leaf to calyx goes I couldn't tell ya. This is my forst grow and have nothin to compare it against. Just before lights out I seen a ton more calyx's develop and shoot their little hairs. All over night. :) didn't see those yesterday. Hope this all helps..

Hi guys im very new to all this,

however after spending loads and filling local dealers pockets i have went a bought my own grow tent kit.

600w light
intake fan
out take fan
osilating fan
carbon filter
1.2 x 1.2 - 2 meters high grow tent

can you advise me on how i would lower my temp as its around 31 c when light is on.

Also this may sound very random and silly, but my air out take fan is blowing the air from the tent back in to my bedroom, can this harm me in anyway? As i have to sleep in the same room as my tent. My clean air in is going out an air vent in the wall and i cant put my out take air out side. Thank you in advance for any help and advice

the air blowing back wont harm you at all.
one way to fix the heat issue is to have the intake fan pulling in fresh air from outside. that can help or have an AC unit blowing into the fan or tent/room etc. my grows in the basement and has only gotten to 92 degrees in there one time. it was a really hot mid-summers day. had the window open and all that heat came in. now it usually stays between 85-86 degrees. hope this all helps. :)

alright a little update here...

Plants are growing good and i just put one of my clones under the HPS barage of light attack! i will definitely have pics up today, just not till i turn lights out and can get some Non-HPS pictures of it all. 800 watts is bright as hell! also, the nutes i ordered came in right on time. :) happy smoking :joint:

This ones showing signs of a sativa dominant pheno. It is a hybrid tho. They "say" 50/50, but who knows? Bitch smells bangin! Id say that if it were standing straight up it would be about 5'10". Then I've got a little one that's about half that but smells stronger and skunkier

Im impressed, i should've ordered ice instead of aurora indica. they seem to have a different look/smell as the last AI i grew out, maybe the parents died. Ice has always been on my radar, its really gasoline/petrol smelling from what i remember.

Yeah ypure right, it smells of fuel. But a sweet fuel. Movin em around makes for a nice sticky (blueberry smellin) surprise. However, my shorter plant smells skunkier than my big plant. Kinda crazy. Same seed pack. Both look good so whatever. :)

hell yeah man! im loving the ice. even the early buds ive pulled from pruning and what have you, the high is nice. slightly a creeper. im sure ICE at full potential is a knockout. every once in a while itll taste like grape soda and be sweet on the tongue. i cant wait till its done! :)

dude, youre making me wanna go look at mine! im chargin my camera battery and ill take some shots. theyve been under 800 watts now for 3 days, and since addin that 2nd HPS 400 watt light have gotten ICEier, its awesome what light can do for a plant.

the first set smelled sweet on the outside and had a fuel-like armpit smell to it .....the second set smelled like all the red flavors of now-a-laters mixed together
