I wrote a little Christmas tune

Fresh smoke burning like an open fire. White smoke curling from your nose.

You'll be stoned til you can't get no higher and tokes for everyone you know.

Everybody knows some ZigZags and a plastic bong help to make the season bright, tiny tops once they're lit smoke just fine and lots of food to eat tonight.

You know that fdd will say, "I got a ton of marijuana, come play" and every stoner's gonna cry, can I come over so you can get me high.

And so I'm offering this simple tale to pot heads just like me and you although its been said "High Times", anyways Merry Christmas, to you.

haha good one, i came up with this one high as fuck on xbox 360 with my buddies.

Sleigh Ride

Just hear those sleigh bells jingling
Ring ting tingling too.
Come on, it's lovely weather
to do some lines together with you.
Outside the snow is calling
And friends are calling "Yoo hoo."
Come on, it's lovely weather
to do some lines together with you.

Giddy up, giddy up, giddy up,
Let's go, Let's go get some snow,
We're riding to a homboy's house we know.
Giddy up, giddy up, giddy up,
It's grand, lets go get a gram,
We're gliding along with a bong
and 12 pack of cans.

Our cheeks are nice and rosy
And comfy cozy are we
We've snorted up together
Like two birds of a feather would do
Let's take that road before us
And sing a chorus or two
Come on, it's lovely weather
to do some lines together with you.

Giddy up, giddy up, giddy up,
Let's go, Let's go get some snow,
We're riding to a homboy's house we know.
Giddy up, giddy up, giddy up,
It's grand, lets go get a gram,
We're gliding along with a bong
and 12 pack of cans.

Merry Christmas Everyone:mrgreen: Ho Ho Ho

The ravings of a stoned idiot. It doesn't sound half a cleaver now that I'm not stoned any more. But I know the cure for that....

Just sang your Sleigh Ride song. I'll have to add that to my Christmas collection "Chillin' Christmas with the Homeboys".

Oh I love funny people :lol::lol:
Are you doing any christmas parties this year chester or is every night a party when you go to work?
It must be a fun job you have. If I didn't have such social phobia I would have liked to be involved in the music industry.
I've always loved music and came from a musical family.
I'm surprised nobody's done Jungle Balls or Dank the Halls.

Thanks Lacy. The gig scene is rather bleak this year. We usually play about 4 or 5 Christmas gigs and a new years gig. This year we only have one Christmas gig and new years. All of my musician friends concur. No one has any extra money for music this year. But we had a hot July through October season. Its been cool though because I've been building a few guitars and actually had some time to work on them. I hope to have 4 or 5 done by spring when the weather warms for finishing. AND PLANTING.....

You make guitars too!!! Now that is awesome. I have watched that done before and it really takes craftsmanship. What type of wood do you use? I know up here in Canada because we have so much forestry, they are made from maple and birch and other hard woods. Purchasing one in canada is a lot less expensive because of it BUT to have a handmade guitar now that would be amazing!!!

My husband is a very good craftsman and carpenter but THAT is something completely specialized.

Its great getting together with friends and jamming. I haven't done that in so long but it sure brings back fond memories. My brother plays a wicked trumpet and also still does the gigs. I play keyboards but stay really low key. (no pun intended)

Have fun chester:peace:

Right now I'm building two Alder Strats and a walnut PRS Mc Soapy knockoff with a figured maple top. Most of the necks are maple as well. I've also built amps. I love the whole music thing... That's why I worked so hard to retire early. So I can dedicate my self to music, my life's longest love. I started playing at about 6 years old and I'm 59 now, though I feel like I'm still in my thirties. Except for........

I play in a couple bands with a trumpet player. He's a true maestro. I mean he conducts the local symphony. He sounds like Miles Davis.

Very good chester. you certainly planned that well.
Good job. Your work sounds very interesting. That is the kind of retirement hubby wants. Not that he wants to build guitars but he wants to retire early and have a small business on the side woodworking. He already does but he wuld have all the time he wanted to dedicate it to his passions, which i think is what retirement should be all about.

Very cool chester.:blsmoke:

My brother is also VERY good. He plays at gigs and events also. He has a few trumpets and loves jazz. He was always better at music than me but I can still sing better;-)
