They got sound wave stuff that makes you cover your ears and run, tear gas, pepper spray, bing bags, zip ties, batons, etc and they all want to use it. Thats like why you become a cop---to fuck with people. I would run the department with an iron fist though---so you might have better luck with a real cop.
