Is it on a resort? I wouldn't go to Jamaica if it wasn't. If you're not leaving for at least a month I would get the trinrix vaccine. You don't need a prescription.

I'm going with my mom. She's the one who actually does the buying. She's been to Jamaica a bunch of times though. I've never been.
Yeah it's a Hilton all inclusive. It's early December. I'll have to check that out.
@Laughing Grass made a good suggestion you should have the Twinrix vaccine anyway. I second that motion.

The resorts are a blast. I've never been to Jamaica, not really on my bucket list. I've been to Dominican and Mexican resorts. Treat the staff like people, tip well (maids $2 per day give it to them directly don't leave it in the room. Servers and bartenders $1 per round) and they will get you almost anything you want. The day excursions are expensive and really about selling overpriced trinkets and souvenirs.

When you touch down, ask for Jorge the 'towel man'. Tell him Tangerinegreen sent you.
He'll fix you up with the finer cuisine and other things.
Like the Jerk chicken with special spicy sauce
And the famous jelly coconuts.
And island water is perfectly fine if they brought it in from Fiji.
Maybe charter a fishing boat for an afternoon, Lucky Bastard never gets skunked.
