I understand that they are very tough. I heard you need to consume at home only. Not sure if that is true, but the Visine will be at the ready. I do know someone in Orlando can you say, straight, straight, straight. lol. Nice people and if they knew what I do they'd be prayer for me non-stop. Sister are you heeealed?
ive smoked on the road but i try to be really discreet, keep the ozium at hand. you might have better luck since your a woman, they will most likely racially profile you here though, i know its 2012 but in the south it happens. alot. its much easier to get searched than you think, just know your rights.
oh god dont get me started on the strong catholic influences of this place, best thing you can do is just say "yeah, yeah, yeah" while they preach to you. i told one person i was agnostic and then they continued to try and convince me about jesus. its whatever, just be nice i guess.

Relaxed place! That's how I'm going to look at it. Where I live now it's go, go, go around the clock. Relaxed. I like that.
yup, no worries in FL really. its a vacation state really. oh and the humidity can be pretty bad, not as worse in mid spring or late fall. summer just isnt my favorite time of the year, best thing to do is go to the beach or go on the lake. wear sunscreen, youll hate yourself for not doing it if you dont.

good advice, the best way to go about settling in a new place is to keep a positive attitude, nothings better in life than a good change. speaking of a change, i need to get the fuck out of FL and head for a MMJ state. maybe attempt to get a card, if its easy enough ill try to be a caregiver or something.

I live around the Fort Myers area, alot of old people and definetely alot of cops. The biggest thing to be aware of is who you talk to ,i mean that in regards to toking and growing,Secrecy is the best policy.Your moving to a condo on a golf corse eh?Well,i know how those places are,you will be swimming in geriatrics, odds are it will be a gated community, and that you probably wont be able to grow.....sadly.But there are still alot of houses in the area that are vacant in places such as Cape Coral, then theres Lehigh, but i would rather be in Cape Coral than Lehigh, fewer people in the Cape and more potential to do your setup for growing, you may find a good deal on one of the houses. There isnt a whole lot to do here, its mostly relaxed though, you have to vacate to find the fun places to go.That sucks that u gotta move outta the place youve been in so long.Just keep yur head up,its not all doom and gloom thats for sure!

my friend moved from your area carne to florida, and well, she absolutely hates it.. sorry ww...
it doesn't sound like the place for me either... i know florida is in the south obviously, but it never really dawned on me that the thinking around there is very southern as well..
too many bugs, too many old people, and too damn hot in that part of the world, not to mention things like natural disasters like hurricanes every year.. idk, i wish you well of course just hope you don't end up regretting it..

Eh, I was going to hold my tongue because she seemed sort of decided already, but I have to agree... I hope you have voiced how you feel to hour husband, WW. It really sounds like you already live somewhere considerably more ideal to your lifestyle and beliefs. It seems really strange to me that you would consent to packing up and going to FL. Is your husband handicapped or something? I hate winters myself, but I don't think I'd trade them for ridiculously hot and humid summers. That seems pretty ridiculous to me. Does he realize what he's getting himself into in that department??

Yesterday it was beautiful in Michigan, well, except for the thunderstorms. Mid 80's in the day and below 70 at night. Last night I opened the bedroom doorwall and the frogs serenaded us as the sandman dusted us with sleep and this morning the birds in the marshland started chirping their melodies as I pulled the sheets up under my chin and rolled over it was heaven.

I think once I'm down there and moved in. It'll be ok. I know I'll appreciate it when I start to get phone calls from friends telling me about 8" of snowfall overnight. I absolutely hate shoveling snow. It's beautiful to look at but that's about it for me.

We're going to make this an adventure and an opportunity to be even happier.

Be careful what you wish for you just might get it.

My husband has a bad heart, bad back, bad hip. He was a wholesale grocer and it tore him apart. The heart doctor said he would live longer in a warm climate and we can't afford two homes so Florida won out. If a miracle happens then I'm yanking my home off the market. But, a miracle better happen soon.

I am looking into RV condos in Michigan.

i don't dig snow very much myself either, pun intended of course, but i can't imagine it being warm for christmas... idk, i was raised on the east coast, it gets cold in the winter here as i'm sure it does in michigan, but that's what makes it winter for me..
even though i am not crazy about winter, i do really enjoy the seasons.. by the time summer hits full tilt, i'm ready for things to cool down and have fall upon us.. never really look forward to winter though, lol, but it's nice when it leaves and spring is here again.. i can't imagine it being warm year round i guess..
idk, like i said, i do with you well ww on your venture, it's just going to be a huge change for you and i hope you adjust well .. :)

Totally understandable then, and I admire your dedication to helping your husband's well-being. <3
