I Want To Breed Some Autos, And Have A Question.

Hey everyone,
I was thinking of doing a 30-50 plant outdoor grow this coming grow season (end of April) with autoflowers. I do not want to fork over the money to buy all the seeds for the amount of plants I'd like to grow, I looked on a few different websites to see whats out there, and they're pretty much all to expensive for what I want. What I am wondering is if I buy feminized Auto Super Cali Haze seeds (by Short Stuff)(for my female), and a couple regular Auto Onyx seeds (by Short Stuff) (for my male), and I breed them together indoors for seeds, will my seeds produce all autoflowering plants since both parents are autoflower, or would I have variations in them?

Any input would be much appreciated.

yes they should but im not a massive fan of short stuff but the mi5 is considered better than the onyx
there will be pheno variations but all should auto

Yes they will still be autoflowering. I would just use females from regular seeds because the risk of hermaphrodites will be higher if you use a femmed seed.

Yes your seeds will be auto-flowering. you could also spray a feminized auto-flowering with coloidal silver or TIRESIAS MIST (available online) to force her to make pollen sacs & then use this pollen on an other feminized auto-flowering and your seeds will be the same (feminized auto-flowering)

Thanks guys! I'm looking to breed the higher producing ones, any suggestions on quality seeds preferably regulars not feminized, I've looked at basically all the available strains, and most are fem. The reason I don't want to do fem to fem is for one its more screwin around and for two I'm worried about herms. Most "high producer" autos are fem which is why i was thinking a fem for the female plant. what seeds would you go with if this is what you were going to do? And who would you consider to be the best quality autoflower seed bank? (general questions to everyone)

I was actually looking to do the same exact thing. I was looking at using Purple Mazar by Flash autoflowering seeds as my reg seeds. I believe it is Afghan and Skunk(don't quote me on that though).

dont worry about herms just cull them

the ak genetics of mi5 male maybes crossed with royal queens northern light or dutch passion think different fems will produce 3+ oz plants with few issues ;)

might want to do an f2 run to select your fav phenos though

fems seeds made right will not produce hermi's

Use fem seeds to get all females. Do not listen to all the people talking about fem seeds and "Herms" they do not know what the fuck they are talking about.

I have produced feminized seeds. I am not very bright. It is easy. If you can grow weed you can produce your own feminized seeds, no problem.

Wrong.
I am getting tired of hearing this bullshit. It is 2013, not 2001.

Feminized seeds are just as likely as their parents to make plants that "herm."
You should educate yourself before giving advice.
Have you produced or even grown fem seeds?
Are you just repeating something you read in the interwebs?

Thanks guys, I think I've made my choice, I'm going to go with a male and female of MI5, a female of Big Devil #2 Femd (by Sweet), and a female of Think Different Femd (by Dutch Passion) and pollinate all females with my MI5 male making a MI5xBig Devil #2, a MI5xThink Different, and a Straight MI5.

As for making feminized seeds, I would eventually like to try it but it will cost me more than just using a male plant so I'm going to have to wait.

Going to have to order my seeds this week and get it going. I got until the end of March to have these seeds ready, I hope I can get them done.
