I want to be a plant bartender. Mixing my own liquid supplements.

I figured I could save a few bux and have a little chemistry fun in the process if I started mixing some of the my more used items.
The math part should be fairly straight forward, but I have almost no skill at chemistry what so ever.

So if I wanted to start off making my own CalMag I would need something like CaC03, Epsom salt, EDTA or soy protein acid hydrolysate (if I wanted to go organics).

I should be able to figure out how much supplement to add per 100g water but I have no clue how to incorporate the chelating agent for a stable mixture.
Any help would be much appreciated.

Hi there sorry I didn’t explain myself
for the cal mag + recipe you need
1 liter of RO water
Iron EDTA 7.692 grams (I use DTPA)
Calcium nitrate 168.3 grams
Magnesium nitrate 126.213 grams
Mix one at the time until is fully dissolved.
that mix will give you

NO3: 3.8%
NH4: 0.1852%
total nitrogen: 3.985%

Calcium: 3.2%
Magnesium: 1.2%
Iron: 0.1%

I use this formula for my RO water and lp aero/nft system.
If you are looking for something more simple,

good luck
