The trick with the popcorn is in the sterilisation...
put the corn in the PC, but boil the water seperately in another pot...
Then pour the boiling water in the pot with the corn and PC for 25 minutes...
(waiting for the water to heat up, with the corn in is apparently casue for many people's problems.)
then pour in sterilised jars and PC again for another 30 to 60 minutes.
I got lucky accidentaly with my corn... Old PC, requires some effort to get it to seal properly...which I didn't and it cooked dry, giving some of the corn little brown burn spots...
These spots seemed to be the first place the myc went into...
