so the electric company in california is giving away some millions of CFL's for free. i didn't get the details. california is making CFL's mandatory. no incandescents allowed in the state. so now they tell us that CFL's contain mercury. you CAN NOT dispose of them in the trash. they have to be saved without being broken and taken to a recycle center. go f*ck yourself.:evil:

well from ive heard, ( work for a company dealing with bulbs ), its ganna be more than just cali in a few years. haha dont get too pissed about it, its another way to help the earth i guess right?

no, they are full of mercury. how many people are actually going to recycle them? millions will end up in landfill. then the mercury seeps out. sounds safe.:blsmoke:

i dropped and broke one and got all scared. had to look it up how to clean it up. said fuk it and threw it away lol.

well, no one ever said the government was smart, or observant. certainly not observant. although, a lot of the laws prevent them from doing anything even if they are observant...well, isn't that ironic.
