i think my plant might be sick

i opened my grow box today and my best plant looks sick all the top leavs are curling is this bad how do i fix it i can post pix later

Overwatering or over-fertilisation, probably over-watering going by the amount of misted water on the leaves.

Learn how to water your plants correctly by using the 'wet/dry' lift the pot method and stop misting them.

i dont mist them i had just watered them b4 i took the pic i will water them less and see if it helps thanks for the help alos when do u think i should start 12/12

Fair enough.

Well when you do water them, try not to get any water on the leaves as that's effecitvely watering them twice because they can draw water in through their leaves as well as their roots.

Do try and understand the 'lift the pot' 'wet dry' method of watering, once you've understood it, you won't over or under water your plant again.

Looks like you can put it into flowering anytime you like now.
