if they park out there again....be more aggressive....run out there....bang on his window really hard...ask him what the fuck he is doing..tell him you head the neighborhood watch and you want to make sure he isnt up to no good...ask him for id...if he gives it to you....do what they do...take it and go and sit in your car for 15-20 minutes...then come back...hand him his id...tell him to have a nice day..and to stay outta trouble.....its good to catch them off guard...they always think they are on top of things....throw him off a lil bit...he will leave you alone...if i was pork in a blue suit...i wouldnt think anyone that would do that to be growing weed...maybe crazy...but crazy isnt illegal...or half these cops would be locked up anyways
that reminds me, if he's ON your property you have the right to tell him to leave. Cops used to try to park at the end of my driveway because it was on a blind corner where they could catch speeders easily. My dad and I would go out there every time and demand they leave our property, they tried it 3 times and the last time we called the chief. needless to say we never saw them near our house again

You can put cameras up all over your house, they are not very noticeable and if you have them inside looking out a window they are nearly invisible. I have 8 cameras in and around my home, it is not evidence of anything and could never be used as probable cause of a criminal enterprise happening. If cameras were evidence of a crime then half the businesses in the USA would be suspect.

I'm not sure you are exactly what the cops are looking for, from what you sound like. They aren't out to fuck with a veggie gardner who's got a few dope plants in the mix. If you give them a reason to come ask you questions, your bad. Just keep living your life and smoking your pot. It'll all be fine.

Go outside next time you see him and ask him what the fuck he's upto. And if he's seen nothing but a light then he can go sodomise himself for all the good that will do in obtaining a warrant

I can see putting up a few on your home if you had a big place, and maybe lived in a semi-rural area. But putting up a bunch of cameras on a residence in a nice neighborhood is suspect...not just to cops, but to thieves as well.

A few hidden cameras could expose illegal tactics used by the cops, and aid me later in a civil suit against the cops. That's what i was thinking when it comes to cameras.

As far as living off of a main road, yes i do. The road that the Sheriff's dept is on is one street east of mine, a few blocks north. And there is a Dunkin Donuts at the end of my block. So i am used to seeing cops parked out there, but they usually park down by the dinkin dotheads, or one of the other closed businesses, or the forest preserve entrance down the street.

The fact that he pulled away to another parking spot, 50 feet up the road, about 30 seconds after we turned off the T5's is what makes me think that's what he was looking at. You can see the lights from the street, but not the plants. They are behind a kitchen cabinet. So he couldn't confirm that they were veggies, even though that's what they are. I see people with veggies and T5s in their windows all the time; there is a LONG winter here in IL.

As far as bringing the plants up front to water them, that's what i do whenever the weather allows it, but unfortunately it's 16 degrees Fahrenheit right now outside, and my lawn is covered with snow.

A t5 is a flourescent light for christ sake... People have them under their kitchen cabinets.

Now if you had a 1000W in your kitchen people might take notice.

It would be awfully stupid for some one to see the cameras and then attempt anything, all the cameras are recorded and backed up online. I find it funny that you think the police could suspect you for anything just because you have cameras, the last time I checked owning and using cameras is well within your rights.

It's actually encouraged by police. It helps them catch real criminals, like burglars.

in this day and age it's not suspect at all. the cops are actually giving away camera systems in some neighborhoods around me because of all the break ins.

I had the fuzz sitting in front of my house for like 4-5 days. I was lazy and making sales at my house. After the 2nd day they moved their car. These fuckers were parked right out front. I waved to them everytime I came and went from my casa. I still made sales the whole time just didn't have people come to my house I had them meet on the next street over. It was two dudes sitting in an explorer. FUCK THE POLICE!! they never raided my house so fuck it.

I haven't seen anything suspicious in the last few days, and though i have seen a few cops on my street, they are just driving by fast. I'm starting to think i was just being paranoid that night. I will still give it a month or two before i start my grow, but it looks to be cool.
