I think I've found a paradox on ordering seeds?

Ok, been growing for a little while now, and I have my grow pretty well locked in. But I'm tired of the bagseed bullsh!t. Three of the four strains I've been growing are hermies, so I keep having to harvest early, and it sucks, and I'm tired of it. I'd like to order some quality genetics.

But here's the thing: I've read on here numerous times before that if you order seeds, to NOT send them to the same location where you will be growing (for obvious reasons). But at the same time, you HAVE to keep your grow a secret, again for obvious reasons, so NOBODY else should know about it. Only me and my wife are aware of whats going on.

So my question is, how do I order seeds then? Pick a friend I can "trust" and be like, hey can I mail these seeds to you? Because then your friend would know that you're going to grow?

Reason I'm asking, is I live in a small valley, and its a "everybody knows everybody" kind of environment. So in my mind, its risky to mail seeds to anybody else, but I obviously don't want to send them to my own residence. As of right now, my best option would be to send them to my mom's house, but I REALLY would feel bad IF something would happen because of doing that. Plus, I know she'd be asking me "why didn't you just have that mailed to your address?"

How do YOU get your genetics? Any advice?

I just have them shipped to my house - I'm legal. The rumor on the playground is that if found by the authorities you will simply receive a letter telling you a piece of your mail had been seized. I don't know this first hand, but I'm betting you can find someone on here who does.

What i did was sent the seeds to my house like 4 months be4 i started to grow give things time to chill you know. I would suggest a p.o. box, maybe a brother or sister house.

i sent them to my house way in advance too , still have not seen the 50.

rent a p.o box with a fake address if you are worried about shipping them to where you actually live

Yes, I've heard that before too. However, I still am paranoid about sending seeds to my growing location. Also, I live in a state that doesn't have any mj compassion laws. I think I wouldn't worry about it too much if I lived in, say, California.

That doesn't sound like a bad idea. I actually just harvested today, and this weekend I'm putting my last mom into the flowering closet. When they'd be done, I could order seeds, and I'd have enough stockpile of mj to keep me goin until i could start growin the seeds. Hmmmm.....

Any other suggestions?

i shipped mine to my address...i even used my real name lol prob not too smart,but i didnt have any problems, as a matter of fact, im really impressed by how discreat they are...on my bank account, it showed up as "niceynice" and the seeds arrived in a white envolope with bubble wrap inside. On the package, it was labeled "DVD" and inside the package was a black DVD case with the seeds inside

you cannot rent a PO box with a fake name you have to show I.D. If your growing a lot of weed, you have more to worry about than some seeds getting pinched at the post office. ( Fed crime) If your growing for yourself, be ready to say NOTHING, to the cops. I mean not a word!!!!!. You will have time to tell it to the jury. It's the risk you take. I ordered a coffee cup from attitude, and some son of a bitch put 22 seeds in the package, imagine that.

dont over analyze it.
the law would have to be already on your case to be checking your mail and like most have said if customs tagged it then you get a letter.

Agree. I oder them like anything else. I think if you are going to worry about having seeds shipped to you then perhaps you shouldn't grow at all, you might just be too inherently paranoid.

lol thats what my wife said haha. Maybe I am too paranoid. Thanks for the reply guys. I think I'll order seeds once my babies are done flowering, and I'll just sit on them for a couple months before starting up again. Thanks again.

I ship to my parents house. After asking them of course. They know what I do and its not too bad of a drive to go get them.

Follow these simple rules, dont give them your real name, Make sure to keep your orders small, Ive had many seeds delivered right to my house i grow in. Nothing has happened yet..the police arent going to come knocking on our door for seeds, because most places they are not illegal. If you are just growing a small grow then you should have no problems.

i ordered 2 my house also.....once you get the seeds theres no way to detect you got weed seeds sent to you....only if customs gets them in the process they will b confiscated

stuff getting busted over a couple of seeds

just tell 1 of ur womans friends ur ordering something for her and dont want her to get the mail and see then they will go somewere else without them knowing whats realy coming

I had some items taken by customs...just a letter in the mail saying fuck you...thats it have fun and gl on the grow

I'm the same way,no problems so far.I am waiting on some from speedyseedz and the circumstances will tell if there is any chance at all.I should find out tomorrow.Bad Mojo.
