Newbie, my second grow. This one is 9 days into 12/12. I see male flowers. Anyone agree? Sorry about the crappy focus.

I see hairs on the other one. Yaaaaa.
I see undifferentiated primordia. ie it's too early to tell, because the staminate primordia (male flower) and pistillate primordia (female flower) look almost identical at the early stages of growth. Watch it carefully over the next few days to see what develops.
Don't be so quick to remove potential males when you still don't know whether they are or not - it's going to be at least another two to three weeks before any male flowers are ready to shed pollen and before then you'll have no doubt whatsoever as to what sex the plant is.
I reckon quite a few potential females are whipped out of the room because the inexperienced grower is paranoid about males and pulls them out of the room because he/she thinks they're males but doesn't really know.
Males tend to grow and develop faster than females, assuming both of your plants were planted at the same time if one of your plants has already shown female pistils, why would the male be lagging behind? There's a number of reasons why it could be lagging behind and one of them could be because it's also female.
Give it a little more time.
