I think I'm in the last 2 weeks. What do you think?

Sativa. Cindy 99. 9 weeks from 12/12. Tricomes are mostly cloudy a few amber but they are on leaves. I used nutes as suggested by Flora series. Which increases bloom nutes to 3/4 teaspoon/ gallon. Once I did that (last week) the buds started to really fill out. I've read that when that happens it usually mean it's the last 2 weeks.
So do I flush this last week (which would start on Tuesday) like the schedule says? Or wait to flush or not flush at all? Lol. I made it this far, I really don't want to mess it up.
Also, I don't want couch lock. I read that sativa strains sometimes don't amber much and that by the time they do it's already to late. What are your thoughts? Help please? 20200222_130651.jpg20200222_130623.jpg20200222_130618.jpg

For a upper sativa you dont want many amber. I believe i read 5%-30% amber trichome is perfect for sativas. The more amber the stronger couch lock. Flushing is a personal preference. Ive seen both good and bad reviews on both sides of that arguement.

9 weeks from flip is closer to 7 of actual flower, C99 is supposed to be a fast finisher at 8-9 weeks though.
With that and how they look now id say youre pretty close on that. Id be wanting to check trichomes though.

i zoomed in and seen this. not sure if you caught it at a good angle and its just the background caught through a blank space of bud or its something else. please dont take my word for it, just something that i noticed.

I think it's just the camera. There isnt anything unusual on the bud itself.

It looks disturbingly fungal to me, but I could be completely wrong.
A friend taught me a technique. Dry a nug in an oven on “lowest” and smoke to assess the effect. That way you do not need to fly blind when finding your preferred chop point.

But for that weird snot, nice grow!

I would take a better look at the circled area looks fungal to me also. Wont hurt to double check.

Looks like open spaces and the mylar behind it.... Notice everything far away in the picture looks super fuzzy? Id say you are within 2 weeks of harvest especially if you are looking for head highs.

Thats why i said it could have been the angle, it happens. Literally caught the tiniest space and the mylar behind it lit up. that was the only thing i seen and didnt say the wretched word "mold" because that would make anyone panic lol it really does look good. im still 4 weeks away from my harvest and ive been nervous since day 1. good luck!
