I think im getting crappy mary

so I live in Indiana, and my dealer doesnt charge much, and he's my only dealer and first so I cant just stop buying from him.

well anyways lets call him "jack".. well jack doesnt charge much for weed at all 10$ for 1 dime 20$ for a twenty sack, etc..

To get to the point. he gets me weed that gets me really high, but my tolerance is very LOW all i need is one bowl and im high, but the weed that he gives me has about 7 seeds in the bag with a dime, the seeds are unfertile so they wont work but does this mean that its low quality weed?

it doesnt have any stems but it does get me really very high, its good for my heart problems

its just some mids man. most likely some brick weed from out of the u.s. it was probably grown in a huge field in mexico where they don't seperate males and females thus creating a seedy low quality bud. That being said, it doesn't mean that its bad weed. Some of the best bud i've ever seen was grown from bagseed, all a plant needs to be good is TLC (tender loving care)
