The second pic is much lighter. One of them is pointing towards you, the other one I think is on the top left corner of the cluster of flowers

ok i think isee it ,it should look like the roll it up maskot with two white hairs comming out the top

If I dont see any preflowers on my other plants, and its been 5 weeks. Does it mean that they are males? I heard males show earlier than females

No, it depends on the strain. Some strains show sooner than others regardless of sex. Check for alternating nodes as well (a sign of plant maturity).
