Leave them in the dark and then resume the normal schedule. You can add more dark time but more light time is bad and can lead to re-veg if light leaks continue or a hermie plant.

well, looks light you just did the light poisoning process, even if accidentally, lol....

you will probably be fine... unless your dealing with really unstable genetics, it usually takes a few days of the light cycle being interrupted to actually produce a hermi.
id keep a close eye on the branches that got hit tho. but most likely, youll be ok...
