Plant was doin great in aero garden but got to big, had to build a 'diy aerogarden' started getung brighter but didn't know that this was an issue. Got a ph tester and ph was way high almost 9s.....so i dumped n remade water got ph to about 5.8 5.9 ppm about 1100 so im hoping that fixes it. Will the yellow leaves turn green again, could it be another issue, how long will it take for me to see the results of my actions?

Added a couple extra pictures with light off and camera flash

I would put in organic potting mix. I think aeroponics is beyond your current experience.

The yellow will not green up. It is a lock out due to high ph and crazy PPM for a first grow.

So i dumped everything rinsed off the root system, cleaned the bowl pump tubing and airstones. Got some 12 4 8 liquid plant food. Ph at 5.87 ppm 760. Roots looking better, only time will tell....

Any suggestions besides grow a different way are greatly appreciated

As in add chlorine or the chlorine thats already in the tap water?
If you want to sterilize your system you will need to add chlorine up to about 200ppm (0.02%) and let if run for like 10min to do the heavy duty killing of bacteria, then flush with regular tap water with a chlorine concentration of 4ppm.

The link that HydroDan posted for how to make your own Clear Rez is great! I personally would use just liquid household bleach and get some graduated cylinders for precise measurements. Keep in mind that chlorine is not deadly at tap water concentrations, and it will readily react with organic material of your plants roots and the soil you are using and become "deactivated". Additionally it chlorine will evaporate out of your water after 24hrs at room temp.
