I'm with weedenhanced a lot of people who know a lot more than I do put a ton of
effort into creating these strains. I just use wonder soil perlite and a little love and
don't have any problems with auto's. I use tap water @ ph 6.8 - 7.1 and pretty hard
a little calmagic and flora nova bloom after week 3.

Here is an image of my auto flower View attachment 3180826 she is a fruit automatic from dinafem. It's in the 3 week of growth i stated giving a low feeding of veg nutes and the bottom leaves got burnt. P.H. is 5.5 i have flushed to try and bring the burnt leaves back have but don't think the will come back. should i remove the dieing leaves think i have messed up because i know autos don't like stress and stressing them lowers yield. It's my first time growing a auto what do you guys think thanks
I was having some issues with my autos early on until I got a pH meter...water was at like 7.5 way too alkaline. Been adjusting to 6.4-6.6ish and they're doing great now..here's my girls at the end of week 3:
IMAG0642.jpg
Using a light dose of silica blast every other watering, sprayed most days with light nutes n pH adjusted water until they started flowering, hit em once with a compost tea a couple days into flower n I'll just run water for the next couple weeks

They look nice and healthy and that is how I judge my plants.
If they look good and produce the way you expect they're fine.
If it ain't broke don't fix it!!!
In the beginning I killed a whole room full of plants by adjusting the Ph
down too low.

I did the same with my autos and fed nutes too early , it severely stunts there growth , two didn't grow at all and I had to pull them one made it through and started flowering but just about , better to pull and re-plant. I wouldn't feed autos again until they start flowering , the nutes in the soil are enough for them until then and after that quarter the dose stated. Because of the life span with them you have to be carefull they don't have time to recover from stress.

I use Wonder Soil (coir, worm castings, sphagnum) and don't
feed until the end of the first week of flowering. This should help
my autos usually reach 1+m just give them love every day!

I use soil still FFOF/Perlite/Lightwarrior/Azomite/Bonemeal/Myco mix. For the most part I never have an issue anymore aside from occasionally trying a new strain that is sensitive to feed.

Coco seems to be all the rage now though, I'm thinking of trying it but I'm getting lazy in that department, soil is pretty easy, not sure I wanna mess with what's working.
