I think I found a plant in my yard

So, can any one tell if this is a plant? If it is I want to transplant it but don't want to dig it up until I know.

Alright, this is my first plant, what do i need to know about transplanting it. I'd like to get it inside but I'm limited on funds so what are my options? Also when is the earliest you can tell the sex of the plant?

If you are limited on funds get a couple cfl's

haha nice! its a decent size too! it kinda looks female from what i can see..but im not sure. if you pull it up dig around the plant about as wide as the plant is to minimize damage to the root system. also you would want 50-100 watts of light for a plant and you could get that from a couple cfls. its also going to need some nutes soon. you can see the nute def in it already.

Well i got it moved, but it seems to be drooping a lot, so i'm going to keep an eye on it and go from there. Is there anything I need to look out for or something i can do to help it through the transfer?

ive had friends rip up thier parents plants bc they "found" a plant on their property. although i have to say it doesnt look like the area it was in was prepped at all. overgrown with weeds, no turned soil, or good potting mix below, im thinking its just a random tossed seed that spouted,

what are the white stones next to ur plant, is that like the edge of the flower bed

The stone is a paver that was next to the plant, and I'm pretty sure it,s just a random that popped up in the yard, I've looked all over the yard but I didn't see anything. I wasn't expecting to though, I've only smoked outside a couple times since I moved in.

all it takes is one toosed seed, if there were a time u smoked outside and tossed seeds as u broke it up, that explains it
