Ask Ozzy...So how do we get bats and eat them? And see if this whole covid thing was worth it? I have a funny feeling that BBQ bat is like the best thing ever.
Bat soup, bat stew, fried batz fried bat, gumbo bat, bat scampi, bet and tatters, bat balls, deep fried, macaroni and bat, bat wings, a big hit in summer ..
Saw a couple of bald eagles eating a road kill deer on the side of 95 a couple of weeks agoI saw a raven pluck a bat midair a couple weeks ago. Landed, pecked it a couple times then flew off with it. Never thought they did aerial predation like a hawk.

I like that the recipe simply assumes that we would know how to prepare and cook the bat, but I could use a bit of direction with that.Ingredients
