I started noticing twisting on leaf edges

Hello fellow growers,
I started noticing twisting leaves edges, twisted growth, leaves pointing downward, black edge on the new leaves. and little to no brownish spots, on the leaves after foiliar spraying with the recommended dose of green cleaner. Still vegging Gorilla glue#4 ppm 650 ( last feeding they got 750) ph 5.9-6.1growing in coco room temp, 75-82 F. I’m also noticing light new green leaf edges, and the main stem is very visible. some look more twisted than others. I hope it’s not root rot, they were recently topped, and showed new green growth. But the issue is the weird twisting especially the edges something I’m not experienced with ( final pic), Could it be because I increased the ppm by 100 ?

Best Regards, and Happy New Decade of growing !!

Glue is a Mg hog,so as said above.Purple stems!! Not normal on my glue, increase feedings/waterings twice a day with about 500ppm to runoffrunoff.Green clean should stay on the shelf.

750 ppm still isnt very high. What are you feeding them? How often and how much? Are you allowing any dryback between feedings?

Calmag plus cutting edge micro grow bloom and some beneficials like voodoo tarantula pirahana sensezym silica. I just double checked the last feeding they got was at 589 ppm. They are now being fed every other day. Light on 20/4. The previous feeding contained Superthrive. Im using coco perlite 70/30 by cyco.

do you just vacuum out run off?growing in coco you need to be able to get rid of run off easily.pots sitting in trays is for dirt.
I would quit using all the extras until problems go away.Water at least every day to run off and problems will clear.

this is good advice. get rid of the additives. check the runoff of the coco. first time i ever checked the runoff when I couldnt figure out why the stems were turning purple,... made my jaw drop. once i got the runoff in check (ph and ec), the plant started growing normally again

You have a lot of things going on friend... pH issues considering the twisted growth, Mg issues considering the purple stems and yellowing of the leaves, pest issues considering the silvered leaves / glossy, rippled leaves. If you're feeding Mg consistently, I would first determine if the coco you used was washed and buffered prior to use. If it wasn't, it will steal a lot of your Mg for a bit, and if it was washed and buffered, then I'd circle back to it being pH (if your pH is off, it may be hindering Mg). Don't get side tracked though; you need to address the pests as well. Good luck
