I should cut it now?

To be fair you really dont need much of anything. You can do things to try and boost productivity. You dont need a quality light you dont need quality medium you dont need quality nutrients, you dont need the perfect environment, but you can do things you dont need to try and boost productivity. I dont use the fox farm line anymore however I did notice a increase of bud production vs just using tiger bloom

Toss em and start over. Just use a base fertilizer. Nothing wrong with bloom boosters (mkP or mono potassium phosphate) but you usually use it like once in early flower. First grow? Get a decent potting mix and topdress dr earth tomato food or something similar and topdress biweekly through flower. Other than that just water. Keep it simple especially your first time. Growing weed is easy but it’s just as easy to overcomplicate it.

a whole lot of these newbie questions wouldn’t even need asked if people would just do a couple hours of reading(assuming American “literacy”) before getting halfway through a grow.

Even a couple of minutes of effort would work wonders
