I SCReWED UP! help asap

Sup guys, first thread here... I did read the all the topics @ top...

Alright, so my baby is 3 days.. she is 3 inches, last night I was looking at it.. and I think i messed around w/ the roots by mistake(should've never touched it), but I woke up this morning and it looks like it's dying!! Advice please...

Not much you can do except wait and see what happens. When your plants are this small they are really delicate.

A plant that small even if you take the plant out of the soil and replant will bounce back quick. Just make sure the soil is watered and there's a light on it + air circulation and it should be 100% in about a day.

That baby is deprived of something it needs. We need more details. Light type, distance, soil, temp, etc. It looks like there's condensation in the cup just below the soil surface in the grooves. That could be from a quick temp change. Is there holes in the bottom of your cup? Things like that are needed to get help here.
