i really need help first grow

well my plant i about 6 inches tall but the first 2 leaves are still kinda small its a week old is there somethin wrong with it?

i still new to this myself but it looks stretched. lights should be about 2 or 3 inches above the plant. leaves look fine it just takes time.

....what Iryanx17 said. If your using fluros, you'll need to get the light closer....2-3 inches is a good rule of thumb. I'd let the plant mature a little more, once a good root system is established transplant and bury the extra stem you have.
