you wont get much out of it with these lights have a look around for the 300 watts CFL Dual spectrum on sale on Ebay ideal first light good for veg and flowering don't produce any heat

you can easy make a shade from a cardboard box lined with aluminium foil the bulb cost about £30 good luck!

wow 300w cfl's are well over $100 and there 86 actual watts which is awesome, but the $6 100 almost broke me... lol

I really could use some help...... Idk what i did wrong
