I over watered

I smelt something in my grow room just as I changed to 12.12 so disturbed plant just sagged hasn't come back up so I repoted it as well cause that smell wasn't right didn't even think about it before for some reason so disappointed in myself I only had two plants that were going to bud ones OK the other is almost gone I'm guessing it's the first time I've ever done such a stupid mistake is there any other way to bring her back
