Yup yup never in flower ever too many risks but early veg to cure your plants or even spray moms and keep a sanitary area from then to cut. It's a process I personally use eagle 20 on clones and moms only then they go thru 36 days of veg then 63 of flower then chop. Eagle 20 is a nasty product wear all protective gear necessary don't read bottle instructions no more than 2ml/gal and it'll do wonders. Besides that systemic everything else as far as I know won't fully kill but wash off the problem and keep under control. Btw when you use eagle make sure to wash off all pm. If you don't wash the surface the eagle will only kill the roots and pm is a pesky bitch because without getting both it'll be back lol.
