i need to know

How long after a plant shows sign of sex (pistols) does it actually take to start making bud

plants do show their sex in veg and some strains are 6 weekers others are 7 to 9 weekers but you have to give them close to 12/12 for them to start budding

I know, ive had them on 12/12 from seed and they showed sex like 5 days ago, so do u know when they will actually make the bud

if you already have them under 12/12 since seeds then them showing their female sex they are pretty much starting to bud

I have been growing 3 plants that I believe are feminized Northern Lights seeds. I could not tell what was up with them during their entire 2 months veg period. From the book "The Cannabis Grow Bible" by Gregg Green- I learned that it is possible to see if a plant is female by looking at them when they are in the "preflowering" stage. I was not able to see any such stage despite carefully looking at them every day up until I put them on a light cycle of 12/12 after their initial 16/8 for the first two months. 3 days after I put them on 12/12 (Or less actually)- I saw the signs of PISTILS!! All three of the plants are girls. Imagine that. Now All three are absolutely busting out with pistils. I will post some pics in the next few days. Not just to BRAG-I have a nice digital cam- but taking the plants out into the yard and exposing them is not the safest thing to do. Be safe! That is my first priority!

ok ima noob, my plant has pistols all over, but it continues to grow new leaves, is this supposed to be happening, i still dont see any flowers

I posted not to be cool, but to let you know that calling people names and acting like you're entitled to immediate answers isn't going to get you help. In fact, it's actually going to prevent you from getting help. I was ACTUALLY trying to help YOU learn how to ask for help in a way that will get you the answers you are looking for. And your response to that? You show us all what a bigot you are by calling me gay.

I don't know how you've gotten this far in life without realizing it, but most people won't go out of their way to help you if you act like a dick to them. "Hey! Come help me change my tire, fuckface" rarely will work in this world. "How do I fill out my taxes, you piece of shit?" isn't even appropriate if you are paying a tax professional to help you. "I don't feel like reading or looking in the GrowFAQ. Do it for me bitches and hurry!" certainly won't motivate myself or anyone else on this site to help you. It's sad really, because I enjoy sharing the information about growing that I've learned so far. I like spending my free time on here helping people. I know the answer you are looking for but I just don't respond all that well to being called a bitch. Maybe I'm funny that way.

I would suggest you maybe try reading some more bro.. not to be mean.
