I need some help with lighting for a 4x4 tent

Ok so I have 2 led lights one 1000w the other a 640 helios. Then I have 2 hps lights 600w and also a 400w mh. I've been doing a little reading on cmh lighting. Would 2 Cmh 315w be enough for a 4x4 tent or should I go with a 1000w hps this is for a flowering tent. I've never used cmh so would like to know what people think would be the best option

I would go with the LEDS honestly. Its summer in most of the world too and LEDS run much cooler than the MH or HPS. After switching to LEDS from standard HPS and MH Ive never looked back. LEDS have come a long way since the blurple so you dont have to spend an arm and an ass anymore to buy LEDS that are decent in my opinion.

If you insist on going with the HPS or MH for your flowering tent instead of the LEDs then you should use HPS for flower. HPS has a higher red spectrum and is typically used in flower, while MH is higher in blue which is used in Veg. Good luck.

If you have a 640 Helios, I don't understand why you'd even be considering the other lights. I mean, you have a $1000 301h light, and you're considering buying a pair of CMHs???

Also, I'm doubting that your 1000 watt LED is really 1000 watts, but that's another conversation.

You might need a bigger tent

As posted above, go with what you have, which is far more than needed, unless that 4x4 is meters and not feet.
