Have you checked the PH of your soil and water? The PH may be off which can resuilt in nutrient lockout. Your plant may be suffering from a nutrient deficiency (probably Nitrogen).

120 watt incandescent lights ? like a regular light bulb ?? if so incandescant lights arent the right spectrum for growing and wont do you a lot of good ... if thats what you are using look into getting some CFL with a 6500k heat color rating they will get you by much better until you can get your MH

you can get MH and HPS lights from www.htgsupply.com they ship to ohio and they are the best price and best customer service i have found anywhere !
as for the CFL to get you by they are just your average compact flourescent lights found at walmart or home depot. get the highest watt you can find and make sure the kelvin rating is 6500k
edit ... GrowSpecialist beat me to it but as you can see .. since great minds think alike it must be sound advice

lowes home depot 1.50 a piece i belive there cheap not more thenten a piece if that wal mart you get the idea chek the ph very important not to be taken lightly do not ad nuttes yet ( your using outdoor soil make sure its not to packed. also outdoor soil has many differnt properties so when you water it may not begin to abosrb or break surface tension of the water due to properties ph and other factors if thats the case toss small about of liquid clothes soap which will break the surface tension of the water alowing it to absorb more even into the diffrent types of soil as for the yellow sounds like N deffecency
