I need some advice

Hey guys, right now my seed is germinating and I'm ready to put him in the rockwool cube and I am just wondering if anyone would help me out and explain what is the best way for me to do that. Some people told me to soak the seed in the rockwool cube in water mixed with the nutrients. So, how would I go about putting the seed in the rockwool cube and then putting them under 24 hour light so they can grow and make me happy. lol Thanks everyone.

sounds like you got it. 1) mix nutrients 1/8-1/4 strength. adjust ph, dip cube in. cube should not be soaked; more like oreo's and milk. place seed with white root down in the hole in the middle of the cube. if it is too big stick a pencil/poker/finger in it to open it up. place cube in plastic ziplock baggie or humi-dome. light is not as necessary as heat, but light=heat, i put my humidome on a heat pad connected to a 24 hour timer, 30 min on every 2 hours until the the sprouts appear then under for 24 hours under a 23w cfl until first real leaves start to show about an inch long. then under a 2' 2 bulb (24 hr) t5 until they are about 2-3 inches tall. then i put them under a 400w mh for 18/6 and remove the heat pad. if you have a 400w light make sure its about 24" away from the tops for about a week or the until the babies are about 6"-7" tall.

the way i do it soak cube over nite . i mix cloning solution and water....poke hole in cube and drop seed in i always put stem down but thats choice ...i put under lite and dont cover with plastic or dome just make sure cube is wet ...i dont water for about a week only cause cube has moisture that long for me i dont use ferts til i get my 2nd set of seeds then i use blooming ferts at 1/4 strength ...i also close hole in cube just a lil so root is pushing up to get those seed leaves threw cube but not to much u need a fan IMO from the time seed is threw medium

Ok, now the only other question I have is what I put my rockwool cube in the tent on? Do I just leave it on the bottom by itself or should I put it on a small plate or bowl or something?

i put mine on a plate, cookie sheet what ever i find i put about 12 inches from cfl lite and when it sprouts i move it so its about 4-5 inches away

Thanks a lot Bulla. I think that I'm just going to get a couple of tupperware containers which should work fine. Also, can I do 2 plants in 1 pot or do I need 1 pot per plant? I'm using the Power Grower Eco Complete.

always one plant per pot .....i sometimes put 4-5 seeds in a pot but i got tons of seeds and im weeding out the week ones so at the end there is one plant in the pot......i would never spend $$$$$$$$$$$$$ on seeds and plant them 2 per pot .....GOOD LUCK
