i need some advice please

could someone advise me on which would be the best way to feed my plants nutrients during the flowering period, and what would be the best nutrients.
Also this is the second time i have grown and the plants have gone orange about 3 weeks earlier than the first plants. i dont under stand this is there anyone that would know why.

well how were you feeding in veg? hydro, drip, what? do the same thing, the method shouldnt change, just the amount of nutes and light cycle
