Yea that post was retarded. Hang or paper bag until dry to the touch (5-10 days). Then put into jars and leave the lid off for 3-5 hours a day for 3 days. Then seal the jar until ready to smoke. Dont use any vegetables to correct any mistakes. It will make it worse. Live, learn and grow better next time = )

oh yeah by the way i got 2 ounces off my last plants i was going to put in shoe box shes was the last one to flower

I know you said you have already dried the buds, but just for shit's and gig's here's how I do it....I have a bunch of cardboard sheets I got from an apple crate; they have dents for the apples to sit in. I just lay my buds still on their stems in the dents and cover it with another piece of apple liner, then keep it in the closet away from the light. I turn the buds 1-2 times a day to make sure it dries evenly. Then I pop them into vaccu-seal jars to cure. It seems to work well....it takes 4-5 days for the buds to dry to crispy, which I think makes the curing process much easier. I have tried hanging my buds to dry but I live in a very dry climate and they will be crispy after a day, not good! Just finished curing my last crop for about a week after they had dried and they taste and smell wonderful! Good luck with your future crops, just keep in mind that the longer it takes, the better your smoke will be in the end!
Oh yeah, and plastic pencil cases are good for pencils, but try keeping your bud in there for a few days and you will see why it isn't good for weed. Talk about drying your weed out! More like making bud dust when you try to pack a bowl!

Wow, I wish I could hang my bud for that long, but like I said, it would get WAY too dry...But I do agree, hanging is the best way to get a nice even dry.

You have already been answered yet you keep asking the same question. Put the bud in a paper sack then cure. In other words don't put it in the pencil boxes.
I smell bullshit. You say you don't have any space to hang just 1 oz. You must live in a small ass house/apartment to not find space for 1 measley ounce.

So your saying you only got 2 Zips wet (I assume wet cos your asking how to dry here)? Thats about half a zip dry...off an outdoor plant?! How?!

EDIT: And either a 3 or 5 foot plant at that too...you could get 1.5 zips dry off a 2 foot plant.

Anyway The lettuce part makes no since to me. Compromise do what you can most importantly RESEARCH as many DIY drying boxes that are on here it wouldn't be hard to make one(With a Regular Box) anyway good luck
