Is 200 CFL (red) and 3xT5 fluorescent ,enough for one plant in box size width 60cm,depth 40cm, and height 70cm ,for auto plant? and do I need 12/12 h or 18/6 ? tnx

6 to 8 x 25w cfl bulbs is enough for one auto. You're running a little low on height unless it's a lowrider or very short auto, but it could work. Heat will be tough to manage. Use a 2-3 gallon pot,
20/4 would be my thoughts. don't mess with it. plant it and in week 4 start feeding bloom nutes. then harvest in 70-80 days. don;t try advanced growing techniques such as topping, just let it grow.

so you are telling me its beter 6 or 8 cfl blubs,is better then one 200W cfl red,and 3 T5 24W 6500 K??? the strain is Bee Lee auto....?

Figure out your lumens per foot. You need 5,000-10,000 lumens per square foot for flower without overheating your box. Do your research, read, read, read. Watch videos every day on youtube. Follow grows.
One autoflower requires 4-5 26w bulbs in a 12x12 space. 8 bulbs in a 2x1 ft space.
It's really not a big deal to setup. Go get 6-8 cfl bulbs and hang them around your plant in a closet. Keep the lights on 20 hours per day. Put a fan in the opening of the closet to blow out the air. In 70 days you'll harvest and ounce of quality bud.

ide get a small HID light like a 250 watt or a 400 if you got the space and can vent the heat out. hell a 75 watt HID would probably do better than a 200 watt cfl lol. either way cfls are shit for growing.
