I need help please.

Just received my grow 600 watt grow light and ballast. This is the first time I’ve seen it like this.
I can’t figure out how to wire it all together. There is a diagram on it but I don’t understand it.
Any help is greatly appreciated!

I've been using the Google machine... It's German, and there isn't a lot of info or at least nothing I can read.
For the power cord, I believe it's
Brown to Black
Blue to White
Green to Green with Yellow Stripe

This is not something you want to mess around with if you don't know what your doing buddy. It depends what country you are in as well in regards to the wiring here in Australia Green is your Earth Blue is your Neutral and red/brown is your Active. just be careful
 
I ordered it online from a grow shop in The Netherlands. And it came with no papers or anything.
But thanks you for your help guys.
