I need help please

I am trying my hand at growing and not having good results. I have read several "guides" to growing cannibus and not having much success. does someone know of a site that will give me a step by step instructions on what nutrients to use to problem solving and watering guides etc, please and thank you I am tired of wasting $ on clones that don't survive my incompetence

Hey bro sorry to hear about your bad luck, if you can't get clones to grow that are rooted then you are missing something easy! It has to be your light, water used and PH'd, vetalation, or temps. If you are having any problem with any of those then they will grow like shit or die. If you gave us some more info we could better help you.

Hi Fighter :)

Welcome to Riu :)

It's all here man ...you just have to trawl thru the sticky threads .

It seems like alot to take in ...and it looks like it will take forever ...But as soon as you focus on each step and learning begins ..it all becomes very clear .

Growing is a lot more simple than a lot of people here make it sound ....Growing good stuff comes with wisdom and practice ...But the threads here can really help .

Tell us a bit more about what you have done in the past and it gives us a chance to see where your going wrong ...It's usual to see over watering as a problem here ..and if thats your problem its easy to resolve

Tell us more :)

^^^ what mr. stern said (... hey you got strippers behind you on riu too, mr. stern?) ;)

another common startup problem is that you might be overloving your babies (esp. with clones. i saw this all the time when i ran a clone farm). you don't want to fertilise them until they're over transplant-stress and acclimated to your home environment (although you *could use an anti-stress-additive like superthrive or kickstart) and when you do start feeding you want to start with 1/4 to 1/3 recommended strength and work your way up to full-strength gradually.

I agree. I will add though, overwatering can be just as dangerous as overfeeding. Especially in soil mediums.....

The problem with overwatering is the symptoms can look like other problems. For example, often overwatered plants will droop, yellow, and degrade in health.
A newb might diagnose it as Nitrogen deficiency, then assume they need to spike with N rich food, which is applied with more water. The roots starved for oxygen, choke and die. The plant stunts, and the soil locks up from overdose of N it didn't need.

Over watering is a domino problem I have found over the years......meaning leads to another prob, which leads to another...etc

This is an example of course....but one I experienced myself as a noob years ago.

Long story short....I have found that overwatering seems to be one of the biggest mistakes new growers make.....and right along side of it comes overfeeding.
