My trichomes are all clear none are milky or amber but all the hairs are reddish brown. Should I cut or wait on the trichomes?? thanks for your help

If you want:
1. An energetic/heady high harvest when the trichomes are milky
2. A body high harvest when the trichomes are amber
3. A high that is a combination of both harvest when the trichomes are half milky and half amber.

If you want: If i may just elaborate on this one a bit.
1. An energetic/heady high harvest when the trichomes are milky
2. A body high harvest when the trichomes are amber (it is my belief that there is dark and light amber. The Darker...the closer to couch lock you get)
3. A high that is a combination of both harvest when the trichomes are half milky and half amber.
I also believe that to have an accurate account of maturity, trichomes need to be checked in all seperate colas, and preferably in two spots per cola. You may find where ONE cola is primarily amber, but the one on the other side is milky, or clear even. Also note...that the tip of a cola has the NEWEST growth, which means in most cases the trichs in those areas will be far behind ones that had been maturing already for some time. Averaging out the data you collect will give you a good Idea when to take the whole plant, or you can also harvest the more mature parts, and leave the rest to finish. Hope this helps.

No don't worry about the hairs....It sounds like you at the stage just before it's final growth explosion...keep a look out for new pistles(hairs) comming out, if you observe this let it grow more, like 2 weeks...then make a new judgment. In the final stage it is common to gain up to 30% in bud weigt.

hairs dont mean a thing to do with harvest... wait untill all trics are milky thats when its at its peak,, but really in my opinion anything after 100% milky trics is just personal pereferance,,but always wait till they are all milky,

HAPPY GROWING

It really depends on the genetic makeup of the plant, but I use about 80% opaque to clear trichomes as a rule of thumb. Also, if I'm new to the genetics, I usually harvest in a couple stages to see where exactly I want to harvest; Experiment! It really is more of an art than anything. You're going to have a combination of different THC, CBN and CBD levels throughout the flowering stage, which change the actually efficacy of the bud.

Will I be losing a lot in weight if i cut the the trichomes are still clear?
Your not losing weight. Your going to lose potency, and you won't gain the extra weight from the last 2 weeks, wich can account for up to 30%. Be patient, or you'll end up unsatisifed.
