I need help finding good quality seeds in U.S.

Im a novice grower and have only used seeds from regular bud batches around my home town. I'd really like to get some great seeds, preferably of a squat, high yeild, great indica strains. Like grapefruit kush, Hindu Kush, Afghan, &/or Northern Lights. I live in F.l. in the U.S. and wanted to know if there are any secure websites to have seeds shipped to me in the u.s. with no possibility of gettin busted or if there are any growers nearby that i could purchase seeds from. Also, I have a hydrofarm megarden that holds 15 5.5" square ebb n flow pots any can i have some info on the best light to use for this small set up, 250w? 400w? 600w? mh or hps or should just use 2 small cfl's? What would be the cheapest way to get sufficient co2 to my plant? Thanks.
