what r those yelllow white spots? 13 days from seed - light 400w hps

Hi, the "yellowing" usually indicates over hydration, but not sure in your case. But that 400 watts of HID on a 13 day old plant sounds a bit much. At this stage, I'd be using maybe 125 watts of 5500K CFL.

i know its too much but i have it 1 meter high from plant... what might be?? if some water fall on the leaves might burn it from the high voltage lamp

I'm not suggesting any thing expensive or elaborate. Maybe a 6' extension cord, a plug-in lamp socket, 1 40 watt 5500 k CFL, = maybe $9 if you look around. This would work for at least a month. And yes, I've heard of "water-burn" from magnified light through water beads on leaves. But at 39" from 400 watt light source, it doesn't seem likely. Good luck & good grow......BB
