I haven't used the boost and rhizotonic but have seen them. I would take his advice and just use them all but maybe just stick with the terra plus soil and not add the pro mix because it's got it's own set of nutrients that you won't need if you use all 4 of those products. Just add some perlite.

Here's a few pics. I have been busy lately also so these plants grew with no attention from me. I did top them twice and defoliated the lower half between 2 and 3 weeks into flower. Other than that I just let them grow however they wanted. The Pineapple Express on the right seemed like it was an auto because it started flowering right away. These plants are about 7 weeks from seed. Started the other 2 flowering on April 7th, so they are almost 3 weeks into flower.

No it won't disappear. You can always look under your profile and find where you've posted or even the 'likes' you've received and then just click on it to bring you back here.
For me I'm a hobby grower and I like to try different techniques. Sometimes (like now) I don't have the time to play much with them so it's just set it and forget it type of growing. At 2-3 weeks of flower I trim the bottom half off and that's all I've done other than water them or replant them into larger smart pots (geopots).
In the fall I'll have more time and either do a nice scrog or just grow a couple huge plants that I top for 2 months straight until there's tons of cola's. I do like to top though as I don't have unlimited height and I'm using a DIY led cob light which really benefits from having a nice even canopy as opposed to tall untopped pot tree's. Topping simply forces the plant to grow out sideways like a bush, fat and round whereas if you didn't top it would look like a christmas tree. It works great. I top once 2 or 3 weeks into veg and then top again every week you keep vegging, once a week. Plenty of info on topping out there too ;)

So it's been a while... been working like crazy... and a question popped up in my head.. when do you start giving your plants nutrients ??! I think the part I'm less knowledgeable is the start from seed, any advice ?! ... Triming aswell but im not there yet and I have no clue if I'm going to top or not, should I if I'm in a tent ?!

Just follow the chart provided with the nutrients you buy and start by giving half or less the recommended strength. If you're using the soil I suggested then you never need to feed at full strength.

I would top, especially using LED light since it's spread out and spreading your canopy out makes sense.
You can get basic info HERE

I like to trim off the bottom half of the plant just after it's finished stretching during flowering, which is usually between week 2 and 3. Just do it all at once.

Hope all is well. I'm about 2 weeks away from harvesting a couple plants and I have 6 young ones I'm getting ready to go outside.

I was looking into Timber, but now I'm intrigued with bcblondes and par-Horta, since I live in Canada. I can get the bcblonds 1100 watt for about the same as 2x400 watt linear frameworks from Timber. Timber won't ship the 900 watt Framework to Canada, assembled.
I thought I had made up my mind on Timber lights, but now I can get 300 more watts from bcblondes for same price after conversion and duty fees.

I saw the difference between a plant that was topped and one that wasn't lol ! so from what I'm understanding to get like 8-9 main colas you have to only top once ?! looks wroth it to me haha

so I have a question about topping... do you only top the main stem once or once it's been cut and became 2 stems you then cut those ones as well ?! or once you cut the main stem once the plant will produce multiple stems by itself ?! I'll keep reading because I never really looked into topping until you mentioned it ...

When you top it, it forms 2 new cola's. You let those grow a bit and top each one which forms 4. It just keeps doubling each time to 8, 16, 32 etc. If you LST or throw a net over them you can end up with many more cola's also.

Alternatively, you could have 32 cola's and not ever top it. I've seen people bend their entire plant over, which lets all the small growth turn into cola's. You can also scrog a plant and not top it and end up with mega cola's but topping it really helps send the plant into bush mode which makes scrogging easier.
