i need an expert on Lumitek eletronic ballasts

I got a new adjustable wattage Lumitek 1000 watt digital ballast running a new sunpulse 1000 watt metal halide 3k bulb. The ballast is hooked up on a hydrofarm timer. Everything worked fine the first week. The next 2 weeks i was having trouble, the light wasnt kicking on so i would go down and reset the fuses, (pull them out for 5-10 seconds then push them back in, fuses dont come out they just come out enough to reset) and when i would do that the light would kick on. It shutoff when the timer shutoff but wasnt turning on in the morning. Then it worked for the next week but now its not turning on again. I had no power in my whole house for an hour the other day and it hasnt been turning on since then, unless i reset the fuses like i was explaining. Can anybody help me please? I'm new with Lumitek ballasts. Is there something simple i need to know?

sounds like you have issues with your power and wiring......

On a side note,,,,I wouldnt by a lumetec because there known for having issues and not being up to date technolegy...... Next time get a good ballast like "quantium" or "galaxey" anything but a lumetec.....Youve been warned ....lol
