i need advice on my setop plans

alright i have a 9'x9'x5-1/2' grow room i have a 3-1/2'x/3'/5' grow tent with 6 plants in it and one air cooled 600 watt light now beside that i have 8 plants outside under a batwing 600watt light this is my current

plan a.
build another tent and set it up with 2 different 600 watt lights and deal with 12 plants or

plan b. build a bigger tent to house 8 plants and let em sit under 1200 watts

which set up do you guys would work best for me im only supplying myself here but i want to pull the most weight in between grows so i dont have to grow year round

Personally... I would go with plan B... I like the idea of less plants and more light

run 20 hr on until plants are 16" tall....switch to 12/12...wait 70 days and harvest 24oz.

That's what I'm sayin I don't want as much work but Ill do it if I got more from the 12 but if the 8 put out more then that's the plan but I never grew anything under that kind of wattage to like gauge from you know
