i need a good opinion if it is time to go into hps

HI, well my plant started outside for a month and it had a bunch of hairs on it already, then i took it inside and put it under sum mh lights trying to stress it back into staying in veg.and it has been growing crazy alot bigger but it is still is growing hairs and the ones that were on their since the beginning are turning brown but others are still forming, it also looks like their might be bud starting to grow over the hairs. It is not that big of a plant i have been bending it but would it still grow under these lights or will it fuck it up? should i switch it to 12-12 hps or is it nessecary? can i still grow it then put it under hps or would that be a waste of time? thanks a bunch my 1st grow do not want to fuck it up its goin soooo goood any help would be siick its a time of need!!!! from S.D,CA peaace!

no it was outside for a month and now its been inside under mh for 2 weeks now. Should i flower her or could i still get more height off of it? i just had 2 good strain seeds sporut and have their 1st set so i need mh light! can i keep it under this cycle for the next month and still have it not flower cause i dont want to kill the seedlings is thier anything i can do? i need a bunch of help thanks!

it is 8 inchhes tall and about 6 inches wide using the bend method.

If it's budding, flower it...You want the buds
as good as possible right?

ya 24 shure i just started last night, i have 2 other seedlingss that sprouted randomly bomb strains too! i am usin the hps to flower the girl but i wanna keep bouth seedlings can i grow the plants with the hps and when i put the girl to sleep can i switch the seedlings to 6 hrs of mh so it would be 12hrs of hps then 6 hrs of mh for the seedling or will it kill them? could i just run the hps?
