i need a good light

i need a good light something with a stand i mean i cant have a 400 watt sodium light i would love too but i need something i can just plug into the wall that will grow plants i plan on keeping short any good sites i can trust

5500-6500k for veg
2700k for flower
your gonna have to give it more thought than a light on a stand, that won't do long.

dont u got any Hydro stores near you?

If you want something to just plug into the wall then go for CFLs.

yup i use cfls like crazy and they work great

hps wired with ballast all the way(plug in and grow).
couldent be easier no cfls no mh (not required/waste of time).

I Use MH for vegging Works wonders for me

or an aerogarden, you just plug those in the wall dont you?

I just bought a TCP CFL 2700k 4200lumens, this is a bad ass light, 15 bucks, home depot. Go and make a stand or buy a study light stand. This light is brighter than some of my HID lights. Will buy about 5 more.
