I need a easy set up for cfls

Can anyone give me a quick set up for cfls ? In a 4x4 closet space just needs lights nothing else

Doesn't get much simpler. Unless you get on craigslist and search "T5" or "Grow" and find one used that is cheaper.

How many lights do I need n how many watts what's the easiest set up clamp light or hanging lights n how many lumens do I need for three seedlings veg stage

go to the lighting dept at lowes and get a cheap multi bulb(4-6) bathroom vanity fixture. they run about$12-18.
